Autism LevelUp! worked with BrainyCo. to adapt their Energy Meter, adding our beloved brains. This tool provides a strong visual scaffold for understanding our own energy levels and how to regulate ourselves so there is a 'match' between our bodies/ brains and the environment/ task. Are you 'regulated' or do you need to 'power up' or 'power down'. These strategies can be personalised for the individual and listed/ drawn on the strategy sheet attached.
