Learning that everyone’s brain can feel, think and act in different ways and that 'All Brains Belong and No Brain is Wrong”.
 
LESSON 2: Name it and Know it
Learning to notice which brain is visiting us and whether it fits
with what we are doing.
 
LESSON 3: Brainy Energy Meter - Power Up / Power Down
Learning to notice our energy and choose ways to power
up or power down, so our energy fits the task.
